Privacy & disclaimer

This site collects nothing about you unless you send it. Here is exactly what that means.

No cookies, no trackers, no analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing on it watches what you read or where you go next. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

The contact form

The "Book a walkthrough" form is handled by Formspree, a form-delivery service. What you type is sent to Formspree, which emails it to BMG. Formspree keeps a copy of submissions on its own servers under its privacy policy. BMG uses what you send only to reply to you and set up a walkthrough.

Please don't include patient information in the form. It is not a secure channel for protected health information and BMG does not want to receive it that way.

Email and phone

If you email contact@bmglaboratoryservices.com or call, your message is handled like any business correspondence: kept for as long as it's useful to the conversation and not shared with anyone else.

Fonts and hosting

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both receive the ordinary technical data any web request carries, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies. Neither is used by BMG to identify you.

Photography

The photographs on this site are licensed stock and show laboratory and clinical environments in general. None of them depicts BMG's premises, staff, or clients. Credits:

Disclaimer

The information on this site describes BMG's services in general terms. It is not legal, regulatory, or medical advice, and it is not a guarantee of any licensing, inspection, or accreditation outcome. What BMG will and won't do for a particular space is set out in a written scope letter after a walkthrough, and that letter, not this site, governs the work.

Regulatory bodies, accrediting organizations, and your own counsel are the authority on what applies to your laboratory or practice.
