Is this legal or regulatory advice?
No. It's operating experience. Your counsel and your accrediting bodies are the authority; BMG does the work of meeting them.
Project or ongoing?
Either. Bring a lab online as a project, or have BMG run the operating side on a schedule. The scope letter says which, and what it covers.
Where does BMG consult?
Massachusetts.
Can BMG also clean the lab it set up?
Yes. That's the point. Laboratory cleaning is scoped the same way, after a walkthrough.
