02 · Medical space cleaning · Cape Cod & SE Massachusetts
Cleaning to the standard a physician notices.
Exam rooms, procedure rooms, waiting areas and the corridors between them. Cleaned by a team whose standard was set by someone who has worked in clinical space and knows what the room has to look like, and smell like, before the first patient.
What this is
Patients judge a practice by the room before the physician walks in. Physicians judge it on the way to the room. BMG cleans for both, with the order and care clinical rooms need. Office crews aren’t trained for that; Brett was.
For practice administrators, office managers, facility managers and physician-owners.
Scope, in writing.
Every engagement gets a scope letter after the walkthrough. This is the shape of it.
What's cleaned
- Exam and procedure rooms
- Reception, waiting areas and corridors
- Restrooms
- Floors
- High-touch points: handles, rails, switches, counters
What BMG won't do
- Regulated medical waste (red bag)
- Sharps handling
- Operating-room terminal cleaning
- Sterile processing
- Biohazard remediation
- Compounding areas
How it runs
Walkthrough, scope letter, schedule.
- Walkthrough first. Brett sees every room in scope, with whoever runs the front and the back of the practice.
- Scope letter. What's in, what's out, the schedule, and the standard. Products and contact times are stated for your space.
- Scheduled cleaning around clinic hours, on the calendar the practice sets.
- Anything noticed that's outside cleaning gets reported, not ignored.
Questions an administrator asks
Before the walkthrough.
Is this the same as janitorial?
No. Janitorial crews clean offices. BMG cleans clinical space, in the order and with the care that clinical rooms need, and says in writing what that means for your practice.
Who actually does the cleaning?
BMG’s own team, working to the scope letter and to a standard set by Brett Gall, the owner. What the letter says is what happens.
Do you handle sharps or red-bag waste?
No. Those stay with your licensed hauler. Brett will point you to one if you need it.
When does the cleaning happen?
The schedule is set at the walkthrough, around clinic hours.
What area does BMG cover?
Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts for cleaning. Consulting is statewide.
